Girls Helpful Hints for the Perfect Party
Book early
to avoid disappointment! We generally have bookings up to
six months in advance! Please ring for availability and to
make provisional bookings.
We offer
weekday parties from
4pm
to
6pm
. At the weekends we have three slots on Saturday and
three on Sunday. These run
10am to 12am
,
1pm to 3pm
and
2pm to 4pm
.
We recommend
that for children aged seven years or under you should choose a
morning slot. For children over seven years the afternoon slots
will work well. We will arrive up to thirty
minutes prior to the party start time to make over the birthday
girl and her best friend or sister. We will also set up
ready for the craft activities, party games, jewellery making or karaoke.
When booking
a party please bear in mind the following:

Give as
much notice as possible to other children and parents – we
all have busy lives!

Be aware
that there may be activities and clubs that other children
attend after school and at weekends.

Avoid
school holidays and bank holiday weekends.

If your
child’s birthday is during the summer holiday, we
recommend that you have an unofficial birthday before school
breaks up to avoid any disappointment and then celebrate
with family on the day – just like the Queen!
Prepare
party food ready for the handover from the Glitter Girls to
yourselves. Accidents happen when children are over
excited and have no direction on what is happening next.
If you
daughter has a birthday near a friend in the same month, why not
share a party? You can hire a venue, invite more children
and share the cost.
We can
provide balloons and party bags to make life easier for you.
Simply fill out the booking form.
Please
remember that a booking made over the phone is only provisional
and is not confirmed until we have received your completed
booking form and deposit cheque. You will then receive
confirmation of the booking and party invitations by post.
We hope that
